Btw all other games i have work fine. Did you end up fixing this, OP? I'm having trouble with it as well on steamdeck, I tried changing my firmware in the firmware folder, getting updated product keys, to no avail. Other games work. The game is out for only a few days - give them time to optimize it😭.

i was playing through the first level and was amazed with the creativity. this is what new super mario bros u should have been. better late than never i guess. i'm on the fence about the elephant power up. i still think new super mario bros 2 on the 3ds is the best of the series. then again i haven't completed mario bros wonder yet.
